Lucy Ricardo is a scatterbrained housewife whose husband, Ricky, is a bandleader at a nightclub. Lucy and Ricky’s best friends are landlords Fred and Ethel Mertz who often become unwitting participants in Lucy’s get-rich-quick and other wild schemes.
